General Laborer, Sr. jobs in Accord, MA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist with the assembly and fabrication of products
- Operate forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Load and unload materials from trucks or delivery vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints
- Experience with assembling or fabricating products is a plus
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
