In this role you will:

• Direct nursing personnel providing patient care; ensure quality care is provided; resolve patient and customer problems.
• Project and record staffing levels for each area; adjust staffing schedules as necessary.
• Enforce and maintain professional nursing standards, policies and procedures and assures compliance with the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and all applicable regulatory agencies.
• Identify, recommend and initiate planning strategies for improvement of nursing and patient care.
• Perform nursing care when necessary.
• Respond to all internal and external emergency or disaster situations.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Three years or more of inpatient nursing experience
• Ability to relocate or commute to Warren, Pennsylvania 16365
