Non-Profit Grant Writer

Responsibilities:
As a Grant Writer you will play a crucial role in securing funding to support our mission-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and presenting potential funding sources, both public, private and governments.
- Identifying budget requisitions and specifications necessary for grant applications.
- Writing and developing compelling grant applications and proposals.
- Conducting daily activities such as researching public and private sources for potential grants, submitting letters of inquiry, and keeping track of budgeting and key dates/deadlines.
- Coordinating with appropriate team members and providing regular updates on grant-related activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with non-profit and federal grant writing and proposals.
- Ability to effectively communicate findings or concerns with the team.
- Excels in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
- Ability to work remotely up to 100% of the time.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
