Head Nurse - Occupational Health directs nursing service activities for occupational health services. Develops and conducts training programs to promote employee safety in the workplace. Being a Head Nurse - Occupational Health conducts regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any health or safety hazards. Maintains records, investigates accidents and injuries, prepares appropriate reports for OSHA, and ensures compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations. Additionally, Head Nurse - Occupational Health coordinates the procurement, review, and project management of contracts and service agreements with outside vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Typically reports to a director. The Head Nurse - Occupational Health manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Job Description
As a Front Office/Medical Assistant, you will contribute to the patient experience from start to finish, beginning with warmly greeting patients and visitors to the practice. This role demands multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with experience necessary in triaging phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, rooming patients, vitals, blood draws, and treating and communicating instructions to patients. The Front Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the practice and you will support day-to-day operations by ensuring high quality customer service for our patients.
