Helper- Brick and Stone Mason jobs in Abita Springs, LA

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the bar, bathrooms and courtyard to the highest standards
• Proactive approach to maintenance and service, notifying leadership of any issues within the facilities
• Conduct regular inspections of the bar and address immediate service needs, including: dusting, disinfecting, sanitizing, resetting furniture, emptying trash, restock any inventory, sweeping, mopping etc.
• Conduct opening and closing check-lists to ensure the bar is presentable for our employees and guests alike
• Monitor and Clean bathrooms throughout the day, ensuring to restock products paper towels, soap, and other supplies
• Additional cleaning required in high traffic areas including tables, counters, handrails, doorknobs
• Assist with ensuring all facility equipment is safe to use and functioning properly
• Follow all safety policies
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
• Experience with general maintenance and handy-work
• Experience with facilities maintenance
• Works well both individually or in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to bend, reach, and squat periodically.
• Must be able to work weekends.

• Experience with basic plumbing a plus, but not required.

• 1-2 years of experience in a relative field
• High school diploma or GED
