As directed by Senior Manager, SSR Operations - GOM, coordinate the personnel allocation/utilization as required to support the specific job activities. Assist in managing the overall field support staff with the SSR Operations Managers.

ESSENTIAL

* Participates in all HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives.
* Monitors systems preventive maintenance and disbursing data to management and offshore teams.
* Communicates with other business groups to ensure that all parts, tools, and system needs are met.
* Monitors Inventory Management for each system, including cycle counts and accuracy.
* Monitors audit process, ensuring that systems audits are closed out timely.
* Manages the closure of non-conformances.
* Assists Operations Mangers with allocating personnel as required to man all Subsea Robotics and OPG offshore activities, as needed.
* Organizes teams in support of operational excellence initiatives as directed by Operations Managers.
* Conducts periodic site visits.

REQUIRED

* Three (3) years oilfield experience to include at least one year of personnel logistics experience.
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.

DESIRED

* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
* Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree.

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
