We are looking for a Certified NJ Instructor (NATCEPT) to join our new teaching Academy! We are growing! At North East Healthcare Academy we strive to train and inspire aspiring caregivers to provide exemplary care and support to patients and residents. Our engaging, supportive, and personal educational model will advance excellence and professionalism in the evolving Healthcare Industry.

Responsibilities:

Conducting training sessions and delivering high-quality instruction in NURSE AIDE TRAINING PROGRAM (NATCEP).

Developing and updating course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and handouts.

Evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback.

Facilitating class discussions, group activities, and practical exercises to enhance learning.

Assisting with curriculum development and program enhancement as needed.

Adhering to the school's policies, guidelines, and professional standards.

Participating in faculty meetings and professional development activities.

Requirement:

BSN – RN – license must be current and active

2 years of teaching experience in a Nursing Assistant Training Program

Approved and Certified by the DOH NATCEP
