Position Summary: In compliance with established policies and procedures, provides administrative and operational support in the wealth management area in order that client investment needs may be met and long-term relationships developed and fostered.

Essential Job Functions:

• Accurately prepares investment proposals and client performance reviews, as requested by Portfolio Managers
• Closely works with back office to reconcile performance, process capital calls, and resolve trade settlement issues
• Proactively works with Private Wealth Advisors to ensure all compliance related documentation is up-to-date and properly saved
• Performs account maintenance such as account setup, placing trades and booking bond sales/purchases, etc.
• Answers telephones, assists clients and directs client inquiries to appropriate associates when needed
• Responds to the needs / questions of wealth management department
• Participates in staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as requested
• Completes required compliance and technical training as assigned
  Regularly attends and represents the bank at client events, meetings, seminars and social gatherings to help build relationships
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned by Portfolio Managers

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration
• 3 years’ experience in a wealth management setting
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention-to-detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel (must be at or above the intermediate level)
  • Excellent written / oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act as a team player and to foster FineMark company values
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Sales Force a plus

Some distance vision and color vision may be necessary.
Environmental Conditions. A person is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and only exposed to moderate noise; they may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or machinery such as a copier/printer.
