Mail Server Administrator administers and maintains the organization's email system(s). Monitors server performance and mail routing. Being a Mail Server Administrator creates user accounts and maintains security levels on databases. Provides first-level telephone support and troubleshoots issues. Additionally, Mail Server Administrator monitors existing messaging infrastructure and server usage, ensuring proper working order. Provides recommendations and plans for improvements to e-mail network. May document internal policies or develop training for end-users. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Job Description and Tasks: Deliver Technical Support Services to the I MEF G-6 section in support of I MEF operations in garrison and tactical environments including support services for the Microsoft Office 365 applications and utilization as I MEF and the USMC fully utilize cloud platform services. Your efforts will reliably integrate command, control, communication, and computer (C4) systems and support information exchange requirements across the I MEF CE and Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs) and provide staff support on Command and Control (C2) system operations, coordination and execution in support of the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF). Provide project management including on-site staff leadership. Support MEF Staff in determining C2 needs and planning, working with outside agencies to coordinate the installation and maintenance activities required to deploy C2 applications in support of I MEF mission and update documentation, CONOPS, Annex U and C2 architecture diagrams to include the following:
