REALIZE YOUR TALENT

The APU Manager directs, supervises and leads the APU teams. APU Managers deploy the Production, Quality, Method and SCM strategies defined by the Industrial Operations Director and General Management. They guarantee customer deliveries in compliance with quality, cost, lead time and HSE objectives.

• Organize all planning and production activities (distribute, monitor and control all tasks within their scope).
• Size and structure their teams in order to best answer customer demand short, mid and long term.
• Operation interface with all other services locally and within the group. Owner of the condition of the equipment, maintenance and their performance.
• Local interface for Industrialization and Engineering for the development of new product and/or new production tools.
• Supervise, lead and coordinate APU resources (production, supply chain, quality, methods, etc.).
• Develop improvement plans and take responsibility for their deployment.
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules.
• Define and track the objectives.
• Participate in developing their team's skills.
• Participate in developing investment plans and monitor their implementation (budget).

KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS

• To comply with ITAR, must be a US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience minimum
• Technical product manufacturing experience
• Good level of work autonomy and reporting
• Aerospace/Defense Industry Background
