Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of restaurants and multi-industry companies.
2. Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
3. Create compelling and engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that resonate with target audiences and drive user engagement and interaction.
4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to amplify brand awareness, reach new audiences, and drive customer acquisition.
5. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and stay ahead of the curve in social media marketing strategies.
6. Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to increase brand visibility, drive traffic to websites or physical locations, and generate leads or sales.
7. Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, measure ROI, and optimize strategies for maximum impact and effectiveness.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including personal brands, restaurant brands, industry groups to support sales, and customer service, to align social media initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
9. Stay up to date on relevant regulations and guidelines governing social media advertising, promotions, and influencer partnerships to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
10. Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management on social media performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience 4 as a social media coordinator, preferably with a focus on, personal brands, hospitality, real estate or investment companies.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and engagement.
4. Demonstrated success in building and managing social media communities, driving user engagement, and fostering brand loyalty.
5. Experience in influencer marketing, including identification, outreach, negotiation, and campaign management.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
7. Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social) to track and measure campaign performance.
8. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
9. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. Knowledge of emerging social media trends, technologies, and industry developments.
