Merchant Chargeback Manager manages and oversees the daily operations of a group of fraud analysts/investigators and/or chargeback analysts, either directly or through subordinate supervisors. Develops and implements fraud/chargeback policies and procedures in order to achieve an overall acceptable fraud rate on CNP transactions. Being a Merchant Chargeback Manager manages analysis of transactional records and databases to determine fraud trends and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies. Possesses expert understanding of fraud related data, model schematics, systems and tools. Additionally, Merchant Chargeback Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Director. The Merchant Chargeback Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     About the role:


    In a Sales Executive - Merchant - Quota Carrier role, you will work as a member of a sales team to find new opportunities for continued growth. This will include providing industry-leading payment solutions to prospective clients, which could include small- and medium-sized business as well as large, enterprise businesses.

    What you will be doing:


    • Act as the strategic sales thread while consulting with prospects at the owner and C-suite level.
    • Leverage referred leads and self-cultivated leads to nurture your pipeline.
    • Connecting with prospects to help improve their experience, cash flow, and bottom line.
    • Collaborate with sales teams and focusing on growing the existing customer base.

    Sells through a specific channel with his/her own accounts or working on a team.

    Responsible for small- to medium-sized accounts or have a small- or medium-sized quota/territory.

    What you will need:


    • At least 2 to 4 years of sales experience including research, discovering needs, recommending solutions and solving business problems.
    • Experience in technology solutions is helpful, as is a background in the payments industry.
    • A consultative approach that’s successful with C-suite and business owners.

    • Exhibits a level of professional expertise and applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

    • Has working knowledge of Worldpay company products and services.

The pay range for this full-time position is $39,840.00 - $65,740.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
