Mergers and Acquisitions Manager evaluates an organization's opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and oversees M&A project management processes including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration. Coordinates research and analysis activities required to assess strategic impact and risk. Being a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager develops financial models used to estimate cash flow and the potential for profitability. Collaborates with key stakeholders. Additionally, Mergers and Acquisitions Manager may participate in negotiations. Typically requires a MBA or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Mergers and Acquisitions Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     A Bomb Bar manager will be charged with creating a highly productive environment focusing on building a motivated team, ensuring an extraordinary guest experience, and balancing other store priorities, focusing on strategic, operational, and leadership excellence. The successful candidate will show curiosity in the business, demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges, and lift the team by developing additional skills to assist and support our purpose.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout our guest's visit.
    • Enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team at the store to provide a world class guest experience.
    • Use operational tools such as profit and loss statements, cash and deposit logs, scheduling, and inventory management tools to achieve operational excellence.
    • Maintain relationships with suppliers.
    • Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and adjust accordingly.
    • Manage cash activities for the store (daily deposits, etc.).
    • Always ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store.
    • Own and promote brand standards in alignment with The Bomb Bar vision.
    • Ensure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld and consistent with brand standards.
    • Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring team to meet operational standards.
    • Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives, including initiating community outreach through marketing and special events.
    • Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by finding new, creative, and effective methods of recognition.
