Oil and Gas Field Supervisor jobs in Jacksonville, NC
Oil and Gas Field Supervisor supervises field staff that maintains and services oil and gas production facilities. Oversees testing and monitoring of wells, pumps, storage facilities and other equipment. Being an Oil and Gas Field Supervisor is responsible for safety of staff and production facilities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Oil and Gas Field Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Oil and Gas Field Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Oil and Gas Field Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. Job Summary
Great Gas and Oil Company is searching for Class B CDL driver with tanker and hazmat endorsements to deliver diesel fuels, gasoline, and propane to both commercial and residential accounts within Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. Great Gas is a family owned, fast paced fuel delivery company 30 years of experience in Jacksonville, NC. Great Gas and Oil Co. offers competitive wages, weekly pay, health insurance reimbursement and more. Drivers are responsible for:
- Safe and efficient deliveries of fuel to commercial and residential accounts.
- Maintaining invoice and other required paperwork
- Facilitating routine service on trucks, which may include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; reports maintenance malfunctions to the office.
- Maintaining a Class B CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements.
- Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/ or state department(s) of transportation regulations.
- Must be able to gain base access (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
