PACS Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the Picture Archiving and Communications Systems. Oversees equipment maintenance and systems testing, upgrading, and installing. Being a PACS Administrator acts as a liaison between the Radiology department and customers. Maintains positive vendor relationship. Additionally, PACS Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The PACS Administrator supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a PACS Administrator typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. Part-time L & D Administrator
The Role
Working closely with the Learning and Development Lead, the Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator is responsible for the governance of SOP’s, maintaining Training Matrices and comprehensive training records as well as assisting the L & D Team with Site Inductions.
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 08 : 00 - 12 : 30 (22.5 hours per week)

Key Accountabilities
Training Materials (SOPs)
Work closely with technical, engineering, operations, and H&S to ensure that SOPs are up to date and fit for purpose, escalating any challenges to the L&D Lead / HR manager
Produce new SOPs in the Sofina standard format, working closely with the Subject Matter Experts to understand the content
Planning & Record Keeping
Working closely with the H&S and technical teams, understand and explain training requirements to managers and employees, such as the importance of CCPs and record keeping
Ensure that the training matrix for any areas you are supporting or covering is up to date
Maintain accurate and audit ready training records, ensuring e-files are up to date
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience within a training co-ordination and delivery within an FMCG environment advantageous
Attention to detail in record keeping
Demonstrable training ability on an individual and group level
Demonstrable commitment to personal Continued Professional Development and a willingness to learn
Computer literate
Level 3 Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP advantageous
Desirable
The ability to converse in more than 1 language
