Overview
The Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting LIFT-UP’s fundraising and outreach goals. The Development Coordinator reports to the Director of Development and works with development, program and operations staff, and the Executive Director. Principal responsibilities include donation entry, database operations, and creation of mailing lists and tracking methods for fundraising appeals. The Development Coordinator will also be involved in donor stewardship, representing LIFT-UP as a member of our small but mighty development team, which establishes and strengthens relationships with donors, manages donor relationships and giving programs, and works closely with trustee, individual, corporate, and foundation donors. This role will involve actively interfacing with donors via phone, email, and in-person. The position also provides general support for the development team during special donor-focused events and activities.
