We have an exceptional opportunity for a talented sales professional to join our team at Caliber Healthcare Solutions in Irving, Texas as a Physician Recruiter. No previous recruiting experience needed, but sales experience is a must!

This role is heavily sales focused and specializes in sourcing and locating providers (predominantly Physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals) through prospecting lists/websites, internet, conventions, referrals, databases and healthcare facilities. Through outbound calls, our Recruiters identify providers to determine their interest in performing Locum Tenens (temporary), or permanent assignments with our clients.

Physician Recruiters interview, screen, evaluate, and recommend qualified healthcare providers for client positions across the U.S.

Experience in healthcare sales, recruiting or the staffing industry is highly desirable.
