Production Assistant assists with coordinating the production of television or web broadcasts, shows, or videos. Monitors designated schedules and timelines to ensure each phase of production stays on track. Being a Production Assistant collaborates with technical specialists and operators for each production's camera, sound, and lighting. Helps with set-up and operation of production equipment such as consoles or teleprompter, and completes any miscellaneous tasks needed for production. Additionally, Production Assistant may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Production Assistant works under moderate supervision. Small company of 6 employees seeks additional team member for lively environment during busy time. This is a position that guarantees work through July 1st. Should the work flow continue and applicant be a great fit for the team a permanent position may be offered.
Monday - Friday 8:00-2:00 (possible to work up to 40 hours a week if work load calls for it)
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 60lbs
Must be able to be on your feet for the entire shift
Sign shop experience considered a plus by not necessary
