    Full-time; 32 - 40 per week; Sunday - Thursday

    We are seeking a Roastery Production Assistant to join our team. This is an opportunity to work with a great team dedicated to sharing the best coffees grown and roasted in Hawai‘i. The successful candidate will work in our fast-paced, friendly, high-volume roasting facility and be a critical member of the Production team. The right candidate is a team player who can learn quickly and take direction well. This person must also be professional, self-motivated and have a sense of humor!

    DESCRIPTION

    Primary roles & responsibilities:

    - This individual is responsible for assigned duties in the production of coffee and other products for fulfilling customer orders, as set out by the Production Manager.

    - All steps related to retail/wholesale order fulfillment: filling coffee bags, printing/applying labels, preparing packages for shipment

    - The Production Assistant will ensure accuracy of processing customer orders in a timely and high-quality manner.

    The Production Assistant duties will include:

    • Filling bags of coffee
    • Grinding coffee
    • Packing Orders for shipments
    • Filling backstock (green beans, boxes, envelopes, supplies, etc)
    • Quality control
    • Anything required to keep production flowing smoothly, per the Production Manager and Line Lead
    • Using Slack to be liaison between remote and on-site team members
