Job Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

As a Court Monitor, you are responsible for providing a positive experience for all guests and team members. You will be required to maintain the safety of the facility and actively supervise all guests. It is the responsibility of all team members to keep the facility safe, clean and presentable, while maintaining a professional, courteous and fun environment.

We are seeking Monitors who

• Have the ability to follow direction with a teachable spirit
• Team players who take pride in their work with high standards of integrity
• Individuals with positive attitudes and have the ability to create a fun, safe and clean environment for our guests and fellow team members
• A team player that can multi-task and perform the job functions, which include but are not limited to running the check-in counter, climb walls and monitor the floor. Train guests on safety standards and climbing and the ability to guide, direct and speak to groups of 10 or more guests.
• Individuals that are reliable and flexible to be called upon to work according to the needs of the business.

Ideal Candidates are 18 years of age or older, mature, outgoing, energetic and possess the ability to explain and demonstrate effectively to children and adults alike, while maintaining a fun and safe environment and have 1 year or more experience in an instructional, customer service and/or party hosting role.
