Position: Sales Associate
Location: Kannapolis, NC

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative at Foreign Motors, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to our customers while contributing to the success of our dealership. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a Clean Work Environment:

• Ensure the office and lot are kept clean and organized at all times to provide a positive impression for customers.

Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

• Reach out to potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.

Customer Communication:

• Effectively communicate with customers via phone calls, texts, and other communication channels to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Provide prompt responses to customer calls and messages to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Vehicle Documentation and Photography:

• Take high-quality photos of vehicles as they come into inventory to showcase their features and condition.
• Ensure accurate documentation of vehicle details, including VIN numbers, mileage, and specifications.

Sales Support:

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget, providing information on features, pricing, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers.

Administrative Tasks:

• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales, including contracts and sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle inventory.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish (preferred).
• Strong negotiation abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
