    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of nursing operations within our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team of nurses.

    Responsibilities:
    - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
    - Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
    - Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
    - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
    - Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care
    - Conduct regular audits and reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
    - Participate in the hiring, orientation, and training of new nursing staff members
    - Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and technologies

    Skills:
    - Doctorate degree in Nursing or related field preferred
    - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
    - Experience in managing nursing operations in various settings such as acute care, nursing homes, or home care
    - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    - Proficient in documentation review and ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines
    - In-depth anatomy knowledge to support clinical decision-making
