Easterseals is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to provide support and guidance to staff and individuals with intellectual disabilities in Easterseals Intellectual Disabilities Day Services. 

As you build relationships with the people you support, you will share in the joy that they experience when learning a new skill that promotes independence in everyday life.

Qualifications:

• Must have compassion for others and the desire to support adults with disabilities
• Must be able to work M-F (daytime)
• Driving record in good standing 
• 3-5 years’ minimum instructional experience or Bachelor’s 1 year relevant experience
• Demonstrated supervisory experience

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field
