Summary
The Project Manager serves a crucial role managing field operations for our Industrial and Building Operating Services (BOS) departments. The successful candidate will provide management and oversight within their designated geographic zone. They build strong relationships, facilitate communications in the field between all key stakeholders, maintain quality control, and resolve problems within the zone.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for project management of BOS projects within designated region
· Works with vendors to create efficiencies and control job costs
· Provides daily field survey reports
· Delivers vendor quality control programs within the region
· Facilitates communications in the field between Maintenance Engineers, Regional Industrial Account Manager, Caliber Service Management affiliates, and client locations
· Conducts service validations
· Responsibilities require emergency support, mobilization and extended engagement helping serve/solve local, regional and national market clients needs; scheduled and non-scheduled including but not limited to property damage and snow emergencies
· Builds, recruits, and develops market partners
Skills
· Strong documentation and communication skills
· Project management experience
· Understanding of building systems, structures, and grounds management
· General field knowledge regarding site safety
· Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed for emergency response
· Comfort with technology and experience operating Microsoft Office suite
Qualifications
· 3 years experience in building systems, facilities management, or adjacent field
· OSHA 10 Certification preferred
· Valid drivers license with an excellent driving record
