Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Radio DJ/Sales Specialist to join our team on a part-time, commission-based role. This position offers the flexibility to work from your home studio, connecting with listeners and driving sales during your 4-hour weekday show.

Responsibilities:

• Host and manage daily radio show, ensuring engaging and smooth on-air performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales during the show.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales pitches and promotions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of music trends, listener preferences, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radio DJ.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in media sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate revenue through creative sales techniques.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home studio.
