    Regulatory Affairs & Contract Management Manager will oversee the Compliance & Contracts while running and enhancing a companywide compliance program ensuring compliance of Business Practices. The Compliance & Contracts manager will drive complex compliance projects and lead cross-functional team in setting and managing milestones and deliverables to achieve stated outcome while ensuring compliance. Works to advise the business leaders on policy, procedure and risk assessments and audits on behalf of the organization.


    Qualifications – Required Knowledge:


    A successful candidate should possess a deep understanding of corporate compliance and possess the instincts, drive, and judgement to interface with senior leaders across the company. Candidate should have experience working with local, (in-country) outside counsel throughout Latin America and the Caribbean to keep up to date on all state, country, and federal regulations.


    Essential Functions, Primary Duties And Responsibilities:


    • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the compliance program across the organization.


    • Provides direction for project planning and administration of key compliance initiatives, including risk assessments, policy management, and internal audit data.


    • Develops system-wide annual compliance training/education programs.


    • Provides oversight of monitoring and auditing activities in coordination with Internal Audit and other key stakeholders.


    • Serves as a compliance leader attending operational meetings, as needed.


    • May represent the organization as a primary contact with executive management, customers, and outside organizations.


    • Collaborates across functions and project teams to deliver solutions to business challenges. Recommends areas for process improvement.


    • Compliance policy developments and supportive processes.


    • Compliance training and communications.


    • Accountability to analyze reports and information concerning investigations.


    • Establish and foster trusted relationships with cross functional business leaders and key stakeholders to position compliance as a strategic business partner.


    • Draft compliance guidelines to be used to educate and train as necessary.


    • Performs Business Systems Oversight across Corporate & Sectors to ensure compliance & audit readiness.


    • Accountable for ensuring leading client service and professional associations between the firm’s compliance division and business development group.


    • Help to ensure consistent flow of information between Compliance and Legal.


    • Performs risk assessment, mitigation activities, and audits as related to compliance.


    • Develops, monitors, and communicates corrective action strategies and plans to leadership.


    • Monitors and keeps leadership abreast of regulatory issues, deficiencies, or potential problems that may have financial impacts or involve regulatory intervention activities.


    • Schedules, manages, oversees, and negotiates contract assuring compliance is followed according to the country's ordinance.


    • Conducts on-site compliance audits to determine adherence to contractual obligations and standards to the Finance, Operations & Sales Departments as applicable, as well as the relevant country, state, and federal jurisdictions.


    • Works with facility, regional, and corporate staff to prepare timely and quality responses to all audits and findings.


    • Leads team of other subject matter experts to support departments' process improvement efforts supporting programs, trainings and evaluations.


    • Reviews and directs corrective action plans for successful results.


    • Directs the development and preparation of compliance tracking reports, other reports, and metrics.


    • Provides analysis of audit tools, and related policies, for development of effective audits.


    • Evaluates divisional policies, directives, and procedures for company Programs related to contract compliance and internal controls.


    • Assists and trains operational staff in internal auditing processes and compliance.


    • Ability to analyze terms and conditions in accordance with the company’s business and legal requirements.


    • Explore country-specific business, financial, and legal implications of agreements for the purpose of mitigating potential risk to the company.


    • Collaborate in the development of the recommendations to the line of business in relation to products, services, policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements and best business practices.


    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in related field required.
    • Two years of related experience preferred.


    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


    Required Skills/Abilities:


    • Must be Bilingual ( English - Spanish) ; Trilingual a plus ( Portuguese)
    • Must have experience in technology contract negotiations.
    • Proven knowledge in Latin American and Caribbean national regulations.
    • Extensive knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and the ability to stay current on regulations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
