Required Experience:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated DON to plan, develop, and direct the overall operation of our Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations which govern our facility. The successful candidate must be an RN with an Ohio license and a minimum of three years long-term care supervisory experience. Applicants must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served and must possess strong organizational skills, a dynamic leadership approach and ambition to positively impact the lives of our residents and staff.
