Retail Loss Prevention Auditor jobs in Charlotte, NC

As the Loss Prevention at Quality Automotive Services, you will play a crucial role in reviewing video footage, supporting the Operations Support Manager, and leading efforts related to loss prevention. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a focus on maintaining a secure and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will identify, analyze, and reduce risks related to financial and operational loss in the QAS retail quick lube service centers.
• Will review and analyze store operations and procedures through extensive use of surveillance video.
• Participates in team meetings and discussions on a regular basis.
• Has a working knowledge of the Super Pro operating system as used by QAS retail locations.
• May be asked to occasionally work outside of normal business hours when conducting investigations or audits.
• Will create or assist in the creation of reporting to identify patterns or behaviors consistent with theft, fraud, or operational inconsistencies.
• Supports the operations team in requests for video reviews and archival.
• Expected to cross-train with the QAS Operations Support team to help where needed.
• Confidential professionalism in the workplace is an expectation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Loss Prevention, Safety Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in loss prevention and safety auditing roles.
• Familiarity with video surveillance systems and loss prevention technologies.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job the employee working in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
