Position Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support professional to join our incredible team, ensuring completion of duties including but not limited to:
· Create and maintain material upgrade programs.
· Create and maintain design drawings and collateral.
· Collaborate with management on pricing application for clientele.
· Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Outlook/PDF Editors. (EX: Bluebeam)
· Support builder account management in partnership process organization.
· Identify and manage project risks or issues.
· Provide project status updates and reports to senior management as requested.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Experience in sales or interior finishes preferred.
· Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
· Capable of thinking critically and acting with integrity.
· Ability to plan and execute duties independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail-oriented for accurate data entry.
· Time management to multi-task and meet deadlines.
· Clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and electronically.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working with other team members in an indoor office setting at a computer and may have occasional exposure to outdoor environments in the warehouse. Some travel to clients or job sites may be required. This position is Monday through Friday schedule, generally working an 8-hour shift in person. Remote capabilities may be available based on experience and completed training. In-person training will be completed as needed.
