Security Guard - Unarmed jobs in Mckinney, TX

Position Overview:

As a Concierge/ front desk security officer Overnight at a residential property, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of the community. You will be responsible for conducting foot patrols, and providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors
• Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the building
• Monitoring operational procedures
• Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas
• Protecting the property from theft, accidents, fire, and other threats
• Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests
• Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards
• Responding to calls for assistance
• Checking bags and packages, as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Unarmed Security Officer License (Level 2).
• Driver's License required.
• Quick learner.
• Effective communication skills.
• Prior security experience in a residential or similar setting is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Driver's License required.
• Must be able to start as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Dallas, TX 75207: Relocate before starting work (Required)
