Set Designer designs motion picture or television production sets, signs, props, or scenic effects. Prepares scale drawings for use in construction, modification, or alteration. Being a Set Designer may require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Set Designer relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. ```Duties```
- Engage with potential home buyers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase model homes and provide tours to potential buyers
- Educate buyers on the features, benefits, and options available in the community
- Assist buyers in selecting the right floor plan, upgrades, and finishes for their new home
- Provide accurate pricing information and negotiate sales contracts
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of homes
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and financing options
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers
```Requirements```
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in retail, electronics, wireless, or technical sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport over the phone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
