Golterman & Sabo is looking for a Project Administrator!

What you will do:

• Work closely with our teams to help with our systems and project flow
• Assist project managers with customer communication and interactions
• Learn Project Management skills
• Learn Bluebeam, CAD, and Drawing skills
• Compile and check production work orders
• Work with Project Managers on project specific tasks

What you will bring to the table:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Construction Knowledge is helpful, but not needed
• Proactive and ability to multi-task
• Able to work independently and as a team to complete goals
• Organized and attention to detail
• Solid ability to work within deadlines
• Problem- solving skills
