We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our patients in a home health, outpatient, long term care, or nursing home setting. The successful candidate will have experience working in a JCAHO accredited facility and be knowledgeable in the latest medical protocols and treatments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be compassionate and patient-focused, and have the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a home health, outpatient, long-term care, or nursing home setting.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care in accordance with JCAHO accredited facility standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established standards of practice.
• Monitor vital signs and other indicators of patient condition.
• Assess changes in patient condition and communicate to appropriate personnel.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $52.00 - $55.00 per hour
