Students are prepared for higher education and/or entry into business and industry. Stafford Technical Center has an opening for a CTE Science Instructor beginning in the 2024-2025 school year. Stafford Technical Center is looking for a dynamic educator to teach Science as part of our full-day career & technical education offerings. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Next Generation Science Standards and be able to teach multiple science content areas including Anatomy & Physiology 1 & 2 for our Health Careers program, Biology, and Chemistry. This instructor will instructor students from multiple programs. Candidates with a background in teaching these courses and experience teaching or working in the health sciences or engineering fields would be ideal. We are looking for an educator that has a proven track record with technology integration and student engagement success. Requirements for the position include: A Master’s Degree, a valid Vermont Professional Educator’s License – Secondary Level Science, and a minimum of three years teaching experience. Candidates for this position must be eligible to be approved as a dual enrollment instructor with the Vermont State University Randolph for the Anatomy & Physiology courses.
