$600 sign on bonus (300 after 90 days of employment, 300 after 180 days of employment)

1st shift is 5:30 am to 5:30 pm, 2nd shift is 5:30 pm to 5:30 am

8 hours of built in overtime per pay period, with the potential for more.

Requirements

A successful Paraprofessional at NOVA possesses:

• The desire to make a difference in the lives of children with emotional challenges
• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: One year of experience in a Residential Treatment Facility
