Job Description :

As the HACCP Coordinator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance within our production facility.

This role involves managing and enhancing our HACCP programs, conducting rigorous hazard analyses, and leading a skilled team dedicated to upholding our commitment to food safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and oversee HACCP programs, ensuring validation of critical control points.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, including OSHA, FDA, and HACCP.
• Perform thorough hazard analysis for all ingredients and production processes.
• Lead and train the HACCP team, promoting continuous learning and adherence to food safety practices.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly, ensuring corrective measures are effectively implemented.
• Maintain a cooperative, safe, and respectful work environment.

Qualifications :

• Required SQF, HACCP, PCQI, Better Process Control, and GMP certifications.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to lead independently and decisively in a fast-paced environment.
