Top Tier Private Equity firm in the North Shore has a need for an Investment Operations Analyst. This role will work with with all parts of the organization and will allow you an opportunity to grow your career. This role is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations for a top tier Private Equity firm on the client, funds, investment and operations side.
• Work with the Investor Relationship team to provide in-depth client service and handle client engagements as needed.
• Reconcile Mutual Funds (NAV) and Fund Admin Reporting.
• Update data for client investments to ensue all information is accurate.
• Maintain client record of all investment activity for each client portfolio for activities assigned to you.
• Work as an adaptable teammate who proactively assists with operational workload rebalancing and high-priority items and collaborates with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree required, Finance, Economics or similar preferred.
• Series 6, 7 or 63 helpful
• 1-3 years of experience in client services, fund accounting, fund administration or financial service operations.
• Strong client service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• A high attention to detail
• Experience working with MS Excel
• A desire to work within a Private Equity firm
• Ability to contribute in team presentations with detailed reports and data
• Experience working in a fast-paced environments.
