Global Account Executive - Property & Casualty

  • We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing Global Property & Casualty team! This position is responsible for the design and implementation of International Programs and Controlled Master Programs and performs the review of international insurance programs and policies for adequacy, accuracy, and appropriateness.

    A successful applicant will have a strong business acumen, professional, the ability to build relationships, strong problem-solving skills, effectively communicate with a variety of parties and cultures, and be team oriented. This position is eligible for remote work!

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Prepare and market global renewal submissions, including gathering information and the marketing and delivery of submissions to underwriters and negotiating quotes
    • Prepare and deliver client facing presentations in either verbal or written format in a virtual or in person setting
    • Coordinate strategy meetings and participatesin client account review meetings, marketing meetings, and client proposal presentations
    • Composing IMA and client facing documentation, presentation, and deliverables
    • Provide input in the development and implementation of departments policies, procedures, and follow-ups
    • Respond to and finalize Request for Proposals (RFPs)
    • Respond to inquiries, questions, and requests from internal and external sources
    • Research and maintain a functional understanding of international industry trends, product development, and government regulations globally
    • Assist Director of Global Risk and Benefits in training, mentoring of IMA associates, and department projects and initiatives
    • Support and demonstrate IMA's core values
    • Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates

    Required skills and experiences:

    • 5 years of similar or related experience required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required
    • Attain Property and Casualty license within first 30-90 days of employment, unless already licensed, required
    • Experience with MS Office products required (specifically Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel) required
    • Attains and/or maintains professional designation or license: CISR, CIC, CPCU preferred
    • Intermediate EPIC Applied Systems experience preferred
    • Foreign language skills and/or cross-cultural experience preferred
    • Moderate travel required (10-30%)

    $67,900$115,000 USD
