Listing / Wholesale Manager (Work from home)

• Looking for a Local Listing Manager and Lead Agent Assistant who can handle a new listing from beginning until it turns Pending. Also, you will assist the Lead Agent.

Requirements:

• Must have an ARIZONA real estate license.
• Must have minimum of two year experience in real estate.
• Thorough knowledge of the Internet, MLS, MS Publisher, Top Producer, Market Snapshot and Outlook.
• Must have a fully functional home office, cell, head set, computer, fax/scanner.
• Capable of handling 10 new listings per month.
• Enjoy communicating via phone and email with clients, agents and the public
• Will occasionally show property
• Highly tech-savvy
• Digital marketing and social media experience
• Lead Database Management
• Hard working & coachable
• Highly effective multi-tasker
• Extremely detailed
• Assist Lead Agent will various duties.

Pay Structure:

• Paid as a 1099 independent contractor
• Compensation negotiable depending on experience

Hours:

• Must have the flexibility of occasional work at nights and on weekends.
