GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cape Cod Community College is seeking a versatile events assistant to support on campus and virtual events. The College Events Assistant provides administrative support for the College events calendar and related newsletters and assists the Events Coordinator with event planning, promotion and logistics. Duties may also include event promotion, box office or other front-of-house preparation, operation of audio visual, sound and/or lighting equipment, virtual event support, and/or live stream set up and operation. Individuals will be assigned work based on the needs of specific events, with the overall goal of providing an exceptional experience for students, clients, and visitors alike.

COMPENSATION: $25.00 per hour, 32 hours per week, with additional hours scheduled as needed to support outside client events. Part-time, Non-Unit, benefited position.
