Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct warm calling to potential clients and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize Client Management Sustem to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns promptly.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth within the technology sales sector.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits, enabling effective presentations to clients.

Qualifications

• An Insurance License will be required for this position, if you have a Property & Casualty License we want to talk to you! If you do not but are willing to work to attain this, for the right candidate we will help you.
• Experience in sales or account management, preferrably prior insurance experience but for the right candidate we will train.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results among peers.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of market dynamics related to technology sales is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
