Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Exec to join their growing team. You'll play a crucial role in driving new business growth and building lasting relationships with clients in the Greater Philadelphia and tri-state areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads: Identify and pursue potential clients, actively building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop and maintain client relationships: Foster strong connections with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Collaborate with our team to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value of our video production services.
- Client Retention: Nurture existing client relationships, driving upsells and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of our sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a competitive sales environment, within the media or marketing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- A passion for the media industry and a deep understanding of video production.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
