Accounting Clerk jobs in Agate, CO

Robert Half has partnered with a construction company in Englewood in search of an Accounting Clerk! The Accounting Clerk position is paying $50,000-$55,000!

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the following:

• Perform basic accounting tasks – prepare JE’s, download and assist with analysis and presentation of data, print reports and consolidate information in Excel
• Perform administrative tasks such as mailing, emailing
• Input change pricing into our accounting system
• Review AP statements and obtain missing invoices
• Moving AP invoices daily from our email box to the server for the person who performs remote data entry
• Sorting and preparing receipts for our various credit and fuel accounts
• Comparing and correcting data within various accounting system
• Review vendor statements and make sure they aren’t missing anything

Requirements for the Accounting Clerk include:

• 2 years of accounting experience
• Construction experience (preferred)
• 3 way matching in accounts payable
