Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Bozeman. We are looking for a Car Deal Processor to join the Accounting team.

Qualifications

• Accounting experience required
• Deal processing and dealership experience preferred
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate user of Excel
• Ability to ten-key by touch
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail an accuracy
• Intermediate accounting knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Processing car deals and all bank paperwork
• Balancing debits and credits on deals
• Audit deals for accuracy
• Ensure all data is entered into accounting system correctly
• Maintain a log of missing documents requiring correction on all car deals.
• General office clerical tasks
