Car Dealership Accounting Clerk

New high volume car dealership in Bradenton, FL is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk to join our team! Individual must be self-motivated, has great attention to detail, be able to multi-task and possess a great work ethic, drive, integrity and professionalism to become part of our fast growing team!

This is an hourly position and pay is based on experience. Please include salary requirements with resume and contact info for 2 work references.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post car deals including verifying funding and contract status
• Process warranty remits and cancellations
• Process daily bank deposits and credit card batch
• Post daily invoices for payables and receivables
• Clean schedules on a weekly basis
• Provides support to Controller and/or Office Manager
• Ability to cross train to assist other departments as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Attention to detail and impeccable organization skills a must
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Professional appearance is a must!
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills required
• Superior data entry skills required
• Computer literate (Including Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Must be able to multitask and follow directions
• Detail Oriented with strong work ethics and habits
• Dealership Accounting experience required
• DealerTrack DMS experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours/week or more as needed with paid overtime
