As a result of an internal promotion, we have a full-time opening for an Accounting Clerk. The incumbent will report directly to the CFO and perform work in all areas of the finance department in addition to providing general office/administration support.

This is a safety sensitive position: the incumbent must meet all clearance requirements including but not limited to acquiring and maintaining a level one fingerprint clearance card.

Minimum Professional Requirements: High school diploma or GED. A minimum of three years accounting related experience, possess excellent communication skills; be detail oriented; have the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations; be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Attention to detail with the tenacity and perseverance required to effectively research and resolve accounting issues. Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
