Job Summary:

This is an In-Person Part-Time Position. Our ideal Accounting Clerk is organized, self-motivated, eager to learn, focused on accuracy, punctual, and able to hold self-accountable to complete tasks. This individual must handle the workload quickly, efficiently, and be willing to perform additional duties upon request. A working knowledge of bookkeeping is very helpful but can be trained. The position also includes dealing with the public, both on the phone and in-person, so courtesy and helpfulness are essential skills.

Work schedule:

• Monday – Friday  

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Answering phones- as back up. 
• Data entry
• Greet and welcome guests 
• Filing (including organizing, sorting, and maintaining files)
• Copy, fax, scan, email and use search engine
• Assist in quarterly and annual audits
• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by management
• Assist in preparing tax documents for the accounting team.
• Other Admin duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements:
