Accounts Payable Analyst jobs in Abrams, WI

Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the accounting department.

Accounting Functions:

• Classifying, verifying and recording accounts payable invoices
• Assist in processing outgoing payments to vendors via check or ACH
• Maintain accounting records for rents, inventory accounts and utilities
• Review accounts payable batches for accuracy and completeness
• Organize data and gather backup for grant reimbursement and bond draw requests
• Monthly credit card activity organization and entry
• Filing paid invoices
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1 years of accounting experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus
