The opening for a permanent Accounts Payable is in the Schenectady, New York area.This position is hybrid, 2-3 days in office.Key responsibilities:- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs- Assist with internal and external audits as needed- Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Execute additional tasks as needed- Operate full-cycle high volume A/P- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling
