Accounts Payable needed for a Corporate Office in Lakewood, NJ!!!

Qualifications of the Accounts Payable:

• Must have experience in Accounts Payable
• Must be experienced in skilled nursing
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills
• Must possess analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Good interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable:

• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
• Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
• Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
• Protect businesses against unintentional over payment
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
